With the help of @4144 I got to a possible solution:

Open common folder

$ cd
$ cd Hercules/src/common

Edit atomic.h with your text editor:

$ sudo vim atomic.h

or

$ sudo nano atomic.h

Go to the line 159 or locate this line of code:

// The __sync functions are available on x86 or ARMv6+
#if !defined(__x86_64__) && !defined(__i386__) \
        && ( !defined(__ARM_ARCH_VERSION__) || __ARM_ARCH_VERSION__ < 6 )
#error Your Target Platfrom is not supported
#endif

Comment this line:

#error Your Target Platfrom is not supported

It will be like this:

// The __sync functions are available on x86 or ARMv6+
#if !defined(__x86_64__) && !defined(__i386__) \
        && ( !defined(__ARM_ARCH_VERSION__) || __ARM_ARCH_VERSION__ < 6 )
//#error Your Target Platfrom is not supported
#endif

Go back to Hercules folder:

$ cd
$ cd Hercules
$ make clean
$ make sql

Leave comments here, but for now I think its solved!
