IDLE AFK script for first aid skill

Is there a way, to make first aid skill an IDLE?
I mean they just spam first aid or skill for hourly points and not moving at all.

That wouldn't solve your issue, there are a lot of skills that they can spam to prevent their characters from being tagged as idle. 

But if you really wanna do it, here's my recommendation:

1. Create a mapflag zone that disables the skill
2. Apply the mapflag in all maps except the training grounds and WoE castles
