To the best of my knowledge(I may be wrong,), you are having this issue because of one of these issues:

1) Having Less Ram to compile HPMHook Plugin.

2) Very Old gcc(compiler)

3) Using a weird OS

Centos 5 32 bit

Guaranteed ram: 1024mB

vSwap: 1024MB
