phpmyadmin blank page centos 6

my server is host on VPS

and i try to visit phpmyadmin via domain.com/phpmyadmin and come out black page and pma favicon.

i try all the browser include iphone safari also show me black page..

i have 2 htc android phone, one of them can successfully see the login page and login to manage my sql..

But what i wan is can login from my pc.

If running httpd, check error on

/var/log/httpd/error_log

If using other than httpd, check what's error on respective log files.
