What is the difference between the clients RagexeRE and Ragexe?

Ragexe just has cash shop and the later clients helps to fix crashing issues on certain skills like fire walk

I wonder why does the mouse doesn't lock up inside the client when in window mode (I use 1024x768 resolution). When I slide my mouse, the mouse cursor will leave the client automatically. Is this a normal behavior? Or did I miss some diff settings? The mouse cursor should be locked up inside the client (I don't know if you get what I mean ), where you can use your mouse again on your desktop when you press alt + tab (something like that)
