Please help im making my own server

I dont know how to set this up (STEP BY STEP GUIDE PLEASE)

 

I cant follow the instruction below because its different version (Workbench 5.2)

the one i downloaded shows differently (2nd image below)

workbench 6.3.3-winx64...... i dont see version 5.2 for 64 bit

is your mysql server running? and I don't recall that hercules had a "homunculus_S_max_level" setting

i do not even remember downloading one... and idk i also try to find whats wrong but i cant find it

i think you misconfigured the inter-server.conf and you need xampp or wampp to run the server

you need to setup a mysql server and setup a db for hercules on it:

if you use xampp, aren't you supposed to download mySQL workbench inside of of the xampp bin folder? I can't support this though.

xampp already includes mysql server and phpmyadmin, there is no need to download anything else I guess ;P by the way I recommend the use of "uniform server" he is a lot more light weight than xampp

please can you check my inter-server.conf. and yes i will try to get one of those now... but i think its asking sql ... or xammp/wampp the same thing?

I don't think the version matters here, open your localhost connection and start adding the database tables. should be self explanatory here. Tables will not load if you don't have a connection.

im not confident if i did the configuration right but can u check what's the problem when i open runserver?

it didnt work.... but when replaced it with "ragnarok" i think all became ready...im not sure if thats the proper way do it

tell us the patch list that you applied to your client and have you modified your mmo.h PACKET_VER to 20131223?
