Updated to 2.4.15, adds support for GRF resets employed on sakray servers and fixes a bunch of various issues, among others, patch failures caused by non-standard file attributes on NT platforms.

As the guide in the download page says:
Server name : open RO.iss and change the first line : #define ServerName "YourRO" You changed all the preprocessor lines from #ServerName to #myRO, so that won't work.

Just a side note. We all work here on a volunteer base, in our free time. For many of us this free time is limited. Most important, we do this without the intention of making money (and I claim for most people here, this is the exactly reason to host a server).
If people not comfortable of the amount of time we put into this, and you think you can do it faster and better, then go ahead and do it.

I already have it working on my local Hercules branch. A big thanks to @Asheraf for providing information from kRO. This will be available for Hercules as and when it support the newer clients.

There are some numeric values that are constant to all items and doesn't change, it could be changed to constants and improve the understanding of item_db.
Those values are: Type, Upper, Gender, Loc, View (can be seen constant name on lub files), Stack and Sprite.
Example:

In this example is changed values from Type, Upper, Loc and View to constants.

I would suggest to make MariaDB as the database softwear here instead of regular mysql, it proved to have greater performance.
