Yep, set also as 2, still not working. Set it to 0, since you selected "Disable Packet Encryption" Diff in the client.Then restart... Thank you! It works!

Have you tried this in your skill.conf? delay_rate min_skill_delay_limit

can you access your vhost config?

Check if you can access the URL with https enabled...

The scripts and source codes are almost exactly the same with rAthena, the only difference is the features that Hercules has that rAthena doesn't have and vice versa..
