If you can connect to login server and you fail connecting to char, then problem is no way on client side. Could you show us your conf/char-server.conf file?
-
We don't need to make things like a race. Take this in mind: haste makes waste. This is the closest I know to a Spanish proverb whose literal translation is much like: "dress me slowly, because I'm in a hurry!". It just does say that rushing will lead us to do things improperly, thus having to invest time in fixing the problems, then doing it properly, resulting in delaying even more than if done straightforwardly right.

Well, the "errors" explain themselves. You've got to apply the upgrades you've got missing on your database. They are generally stored in sql-files/upgrades.

If I recall correctly, server enforces it to avoid cheating.

how can i reset my database (all sql files in phpadmin)
jaBote replied to N e s s's question in Database Support
You can directly do a full database clonation (not an effective backup but will do the job) on the latest PhpMyAdmin versions by using the operations or tools tab (not sure, not using the English PhpMyAdmin version but there's a wrench icon on it) inside a DB. Anyways, I honestly think your question is incomplete. You want to delete ALL but accounts, characters (I suppose) and items? What about guilds, homunculi and pets, or even the account, character and server vars? And so on with other questions related to other possible valuable data. -
It's here: http://rathena.org/board/files/file/2577-event-manager/ Please note that, the event manager *could* not work on Hercules. We can't test it to assure you it will.

P.S.: I'll finally end up learning Portuguese! Anyways I admit I cheat a bit with my Spanish knowledge .

I think there'd be no problem with it.

As above poster said, Hercules is set by default to have unlimited players: https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules/blob/master/conf/char-server.conf#L80 // Maximum users able to connect to the server.// Set to 0 to disable users to log-in. (-1 means unlimited)max_connect_user: -1 Any other limit is either enforced by your host, your OS or the availability of resources your server machine has.

You should make a new monster then. Here's a wiki guide for it: http://herc.ws/wiki/Custom_Mobs

Help me run this script on multiple maps please.
jaBote replied to Helena's question in Script Support
This may sound stupid but... You changed the "othermap" name to prtg_cas01? BTW if I were you I'd make a copy of the script only to work with the castle, this way... you wouldn't get accidentally kicked by having an account on WoE and another on BG? -
Help me run this script on multiple maps please.
jaBote replied to Helena's question in Script Support
That script doesn't contain any warp sentence. -
You should also compile and enable the HPMHooking plugin for it to work. It's there with any relatively recent Hercules installation, just compile it and make the server run it.

Need a command for no pet during an event
jaBote replied to snowflake1963's question in Script Support
There's no current scripting command available for returning pets into their eggs, and anyways if you return the pets to their eggs nothing restricts their owners to use an egg incubator to hatch the pets again. I'd reccommend you posting a mapflag nopet source request or whatever and wish you be lucky with it. -
Topic approved. Best of luck! P.S.: I can assure you he's one of the best guaranteed paid services to date: you just have to check his previous career, and the reputation, dedication and past contributions he's had here at Hercules.

It's on the compressed file. Anyways it'd help if the screenshot was posted on the main topic instead of in the attachment.

Couldn't test, but it's parsing fine without known errors. Could you please state what isn't working about it? A call for help and "not working" doesn't aid us to magically know what's the problem, you know. Please help us help you.
-
Seems I can't find that line...
-
It seems there's nothing wrong with it. You should have run the query on the same database as the one in which you loaded your Hercules content.

Because: SC_EXPBOOSTSC_JEXPBOOSTSC_ITEMBOOST status effects are old and unused (and nonexistent right now). Since they're nonexistent a value of 0 is taken on its place, which is SC_STONE (stone curse effect). Their current counterparts (on the same order) are the following: SC_CASH_PLUSEXPSC_CASH_PLUSONLYJOBEXPSC_CASH_RECEIVEITEM Don't blame us for these names, they are the RO official internal ones.
