It's because you didn't diff the option : disable Ragexe filename check !

The file 'itemInfo.lub' exists in my System folder 

 

I'm using a premade client now, althought i might need more help later..

EDIT : Well ... I have problems with rolex... Rolex don't start, i use Windows 7 64 bit

Maybe you should check your clientinfo.xml?

Change the servicetipe in your client to korea and check if that works.
