Nope. 2012 clients are outdated to support the new map. You need a 2014 one.

Alright, I've reuploaded the link and updated the files. There are no reasons why 2012 clients wouldn't be able to load this GRF. Models have been downgraded, again, for full support. It contains all the necessary files for the following maps :

The oldest client I've tried it on is 2012-06-20 and there were no issues. I haven't had the chance to try on 2012-04-10 however!

I'm unable to reproduce the issue you're having with 2012-04-10aRagexeRE, it is working as intended on my end...! You could try extracting the GRF's content to your data folder and see if it makes a difference, maybe there's a conflict somewhere. Otherwise, could you send me your executable/your client patches list?
