another thing when im using lang type 7 the pass word in sql became like that but when i use lang type 0 the pass in sql became readable text how to fix this error?

whenever i register using _M the password in my database is not understandable. how to fix this? thanks in advance and another thing whenever i edit it in my sql my account always says incorrect password.
