i think there is no BGM included on Hercules Test Client. since it was optional download. it's up to you if you want to have BGM on your ro or not.

on 2012-04-18 the booking system use 0x0365. but on other clients they use diff packets. just like on 2012-06 they use 0x0861 for booking system. i haven't try yet all the client. i'll post later the result of my testing regarding on the booking system on the other clients.

the only thing that is not working is the 1:1 Chat Dialog. it's working sorry my bad.

i think hercules doesn't use anymore the packet_db.txt.

2013 is not that kind of stable. better to stick to old stable one. some of the features of 2013 client is not working at all. the purpose of 2013 as of now is for testing purpose. if you want a stable client a server better to stick to 2012 clients. more stable if you diff client use WeeDiffGenerator for 2012 client. for 2013 use xDiffPatcher

i think the structure of lua for that client version is data/luafiles514/lua files/ but on the old client version. data/lua files/ only.

nope it's not the same. there are no block list. and also the chat dialog doesn't work when you try to click it, the UI of 2012-06-04aRagexe and 2012-06-05aRagexeRE is almost the same on beret post.
