A sei la, hoje em dia não. No meu tempo(talvez no nosso) de eA a sei la quantos anos atrás, era muito mais difícil, custoso porém muito melhor pelo aprendizado.. Hoje, entregam quase tudo pronto por preços irrisórios.. gostos Bons tempos em que nego pra ter um servidor tinha que rala muito, como você disse, nos dias de hoje tá muito fácil se chamar de 'adm'. Então abaixei o Hamachi criei uma nova rede, coloquei essa rede como IP do servidor e ele ligo normalmente... eu aqui do meu PC consegui logar.. mandei meu amigo abaixa o Hamachi e loga na minha rede, porem ele nao consegue logar no servidor ainda.... aparece que não foi possivel conectar ao servidor e talz... Lembre que o Hamachi bloqueia os membros da rede por padrão, você precisa alterar essa configuração para que ele aceite todas as conexões externas.

Use o Hamachi, dispensa no-ip e é fácinho de configurar.
