+1, please implement ForceClientHashPacket  diff for 2013 clients.

Tested.

2013-08-07 do not work Encryption. I can spam easly with WPE without any troubles.

WIth other clients < 2013-08-07 all seems to be ok, and when i trying to spam with WPE i getting DC.

Anyone can confirm that? Or only i am have this problem? Thank you.
