I downloaded it from your github , also have the same prob with Extended Vending System, tho from github is "updated".Then you might really be using old Hercules, Travis build says everything compiles properly, and it was updated roughly 2 months ago(and was tested that time)

Not really, this project goes in sleep mode due to other things, other things become more interesting In other words, this project is dead. Not really , rather hibernate mode,which will be Powered on soon enough

kRO uses itemInfo.lua, which you would need, I doubt tRO don't have that file -
Or might be your PC infected with some virus? (Sent an email to them about false positive they detecting)
