This is not bad at all, you still have a long way to go however, it takes a great deal of work to fully secure any control panel. Have you ever thought about joining us in the expansion of the Flux CP branch in which we support?

Ah excellent I found this upon translation; Author: A piece of sugar * °

Very nice, are you the creator of this software?
-
I need to create an official to-do list however I will still strive to complete all of my requests. I have many currently and will do my best to better prioritize them so that I can optimize the speed in which they are completed~

Very nice, it looks clean and I love the name haha! I wonder who in IRC could be calling you Nemo hmm xD? +1

This looks great, Here are a few tips I hope may help you with Lighting Design. Calculating Lightmaps: (How to save hours of Calculation time) When you decide to create a light that casts shadows on your map do this early on, do not wait until you have all of your objects placed. Place a few objects and create the light you wish to cast shadows and then calculate, do this until you have the correct shadows you think will go well with your map, then turn the shadows off on that light and re-calculate. Leave this light alone until you complete your map. Add any other lights without shadows and calculate as you go. (None of your lights have shadows so calculating is very fast) once all of your objects are placed and your map is done go back to the light you wish to cast shadows and check the box to again cast shadows. then re-calculate. This will save you hours of Calculation time if you use this method. Add Custom Lights: (Very Helpful) Doing this will save you a great deal of time and unlike creating custom lights on the fly the map will not need to be saved and re-opened before you can un-check the Cast Shadows box for each newly placed custom light (Again can save you hours of labor) This is also useful because you can always have your favorite lights available without the need to configure them each time. To add custom lights to your brow edit use this method; Go to BrowEdit Directory, Data, Lights.txt Open this up and you should see something like this: <light> <name>Torch Gigantic</name> <color r="1" g="0.5" b="0" /> <range>100</range> <brightness>230</brightness> <maxlight>256</maxlight> <givesshadow>0</givesshadow> <lightfalloff>1</lightfalloff> <height>55</height> </light> Edit these entries to your specifications and you will have all your lights available with just a few clicks. Save reload and tada~ I hope this helps you in some way and keep up the great work.

Hello Ossi, thank you please use version 2.0 it should fix the missing Models and Textures from version 1.0 also I originally was not going to be making a mini map for this map as it is an event map, however after seeing you mention it I will make one for future updates. @Topic: Could someone test version 2.0 to see that there are hopefully no errors?
-
Ahh thank you for catching this, I don't have an alternate client setup to test on. The missing models and textures are from Arcturus.grf, I will put together the rest of the files later tonight, sorry for the issues. Im off to work.

Truly great attention to detail Olrox , I have always been a fan of your work and as a fellow map designer I know just how difficult it is to work with dark night maps. Keep up the great work, and I just want to say we are glad to have you with us~ +1

// Structure of Database:// SC_NAME, flag//// 1 - SC cannot be removed by death.// 2 - SC cannot be saved.// 4 - SC cannot be reset by dispell.// 8 - SC cannot be reset by clearance.// 16 - SC considered as buff and be removed by Hermode and etc.// 32 - SC considered as debuff and be removed by Gospel and etc.// 64 - SC cannot be reset when MADO Gear is taken off. SC_CHASEWALK2 is currently in the database, you will still need to change the flag to your liking. SC_INC_AGI is also currently in the database, you will still need to change the flag to your liking. The rest are not there and to the best of my knowledge are not current skills and would need to be made custom, there are however similar skills which increase these attributes. Also if you were going for the full flag it would be 127. To reload this one way is to save, close & restart your server.

Typically projects such as this are maintained to offer a version of Ragnarok Emulation in their native language so that say (Indonesian) Developers can code using their own language. There would be little benefit to us to translate then test and see if anything was worth while that we hadn't already worked on. Thank you for the idea, anything that helps Hercules is always welcomed, and hey who knows, idathena may one day be used to submit pull requests.

Glad to have you here with us Kaito.
-
So did you ever manage to register an IRC Nick? I would still be willing to help you with this item script unless someone is already going to create this?
-
You are quite welcome N e s s, if you require any additional support please feel free to post in the corresponding support category or stop by the Hercules IRC channel over at; #Hercules over irc.rizon.net

Both 2012 and 2013 Clients have good versions that are quite stable, however if you want all of the newest skills, features & effects 2013 Clients with the Hercules Emulator is your best bet. Here is a Full Client Package that takes very little to get setup. http://herc.ws/board/topic/2235-2013-06-05-full-client-download/ I hope this helps you with what you are seeking to achieve.

Very Informative Olrox, I do not believe I have ever seen this info anywhere. I will have to give it a try some time.
-
I will test it soon and report anything odd about it but I am sure it works perfectly~

Making custom items, straight forward guide?
Uzieal replied to Droppedpjk's question in General Server Support
The Wiki for item creation is straightforward, however if you do not have previous knowledge of what it takes to make things visible between client-side and server-side I can see how it may be confusing. PM me and I will walk you through making your first custom item. -
And so it was written, let there be light.
