^ Did you add "HPMHooking", in plugins.conf? costumeitem.c is using Hook so you must enable HPMHooking in plugins.conf Aside from that, I cant reproduce your problem.

my server always have a map crash what should i do? Maybe some of your src modification affects your server. Try to download Latest Hercules Copy then, hire a dev. that can help you add your custom modification.

What application you use? TortoiseGIT or TortoseSVN? if you use TortoiseGIT, Simple rightclick in your File then Choose Git Sync... Or RightClick on File->TortoiseGit->Pull.. is it in normal character? Can you check your group.conf? skill_unconditional must set to false skill_unconditional: false
