It's possible to make quests countable for the whole Guild?
Excample: Someone start a Guild quest (Kill 100 Mantis), all Guild mates can kill them too (without being in a Party)

Greetings everyone,
Today I'm introducing a project that I've been envisioning and working on for a couple of months, a control panel developed using Laravel (currently v5.8) that has quite a few advanced features that no other panel has offered before.
Feature Insight
Bootstrap Responsive Design
The panel by default will come with one bootstrap-based responsive design that is elegant, light coloured and adjusts to screens of all sizes. The panel is also capable of supporting custom themes.
Master Account System
Create and manage all your game accounts in any server from one main web-account.
Passwords of the master accounts are hashed using bcrypt to ensure safety for all registered users.
ROGen
Adapted from @KeyWorld's ROChargen, a library in php that extracts images from sprites and uses resources inside data folders (and not grf files). With the help of this library images of headgears, skill icons, illustrations, item images, monsters and mini maps are can be generated and displayed on web pages.
Complete Database Libraries
Using a library with conversions of information in the client folder, the website incorporates in-game information such as skill and item descriptions, quest information and much more.
Character Overview
The character overview page is an important part of a user's experience. With the features mentioned above, we're able to display alot of information about one's in-game characters on the fly.
User Profiles
Additionally, something that's never been seen before in RO CMS or Panels are public user profiles. The ability of a user to view another user's in-game information through the control panel.

I was working on RUCR this month and I am happy to announce that it's complete. The Site contains all Ragexe(upto 2016-07) and RagexeRE from 2014, fully unpacked.
It would be great if there will be no mirrors, I would be keeping this web up and running, so mirrors won't be needed.

Not sure if it's sprite and pallete related but it's an NPC so.... I think I'm posting in the right place XD
I was doing some research on .gr2(3dmobs in ro) files and while learning about importing and exporting files i came up with the idea of changing the old flag that holds the clan emblems.
I've started by 3d modeling based on 2D "flagholder" sprite already in ragnarok. Also used some textures from ragnarok so it doesn't go to far from the game theme.
Creating this afterwards
So this is only a showcase for now because i want to hear some feedback on design ideas for the flag. The main problem atm is the loading time even with low poly-counts.
But i'll will release it as soon as possible for sure.

What is this?
So you might be wondering if this is really what it says in the title and yes it is. The purpose of this tool is plain and simple.
If you have a GRF encrypted using SecureGRF and you know the password, you can use this tool to decrypt the GRF to get your original back - comes in handy if you forgot to backup the original.
How does it work?
Download it. Open it. Enter the path of your encrypted GRF in the Input Grf field and select the Output Grf filename (by default it suffixes "_decrypted.grf" to the input grf name). Enter the Password and click on Decrypt and your done.
Note: The tool might take a few minutes if your GRF has a large number of files (but I see SecureGRF also taking similar amount of time to encrypt).
Anything else to know?
I made this tool in a day because I was looking for something interesting to do. It has worked so far for all the GRFs I have tried it with.
So just in case keep a backup. Let me know if you find any bugs.

-Need to prepare for adding some new healing skills.
*Add in support for Offertorium skill.
*Fixed the item bonus that increases healing effectiveness to work with Highness Heal and future heal skills.
*Fix mechanics Pile Bunker skill to work with all of the pile bunker weapons.
-The requirement should check to see if the player has one of the 4 existing pile bunkers and not just the old one.

here's your chance if you have an high-end or many characters in any official server that can perform tests and such to help us implement new systems.
currently we're having many unfinished system or open bug-reports waiting to be confirmed and tested on official servers or so, unfortunately we don't have enough testers usually and so it delay many systems to be added or bugs to be resolved, however we now ask YOU to help us and bring your name to the glorious history of ragnarok servers emulators.
Requirements ~
to have an account on any official servers (preferred iRO, fRO, kRO).
this accounts can be high end or not, all kind of characters or classes we may need also the more access to different places the easier for you and us to do tasks.
How to apply ~
You can send me a Private message on forums with server name and available characters to perform tasks, please explain job and level and builds if possible, i will be making lists to make it easy for us to chose the one who should do the task or so.
or you can join our IRC Channel for Hercules Official server testers #Hercules-Testers on Rizon network, and have little discussion with me there!
How it will work ? ~
whenever we face bug or new system need to be tested we will be sending an private message to all testers who can perform the task, as soon as you get it you will have to answer if you can take it or not, then all testers who will do the task and give us results will be thanked and credited of helping in this bug/feature!

[Event] Catch the Easter Egg Hunt
So, what exactly is my
Easter Egg Hunt Event?
What it does: After configuring, 50 Gold, 50 Silver, and 50 Normal eggs spawn in Prontera. They all move at a decent speed. Normal/Silver eggs move at the SAME Speed, but Gold eggs move faster! They contain the better reward so you better have good coordination!
All begins with '@egghunt
' command. Able to start off by creating Easter Egg Hunt settings. Able to disable or delete the setup to start configuring new treasure hunter event. (Note: It will be able to tell if created or event is active.)
When setting up you input:
Input GOLD and SILVER egg ID/Amounts for REWARDS.
'@repeategghunt
' - Allows you the GM to repeat the previous Easter Egg Hunt setup you made!
'@joinegghunt
' - Allow player to warp to the designated map where event is being held.

Hello everyone!
This is a new command to reload the cashshop_db.conf
So you don't need to restart the server when you add or delete items in the cash shop or just simply changed the price of items
But due to a certain conflict wherein a player needs to relog in order for him to see the changes in Cash Shop, I added a 10 sec countdown and kick command.

Death Knight is a custom second class of Swordman, the sprite used is Old Rune Knight.
Also, Job ID is the same of unreleased Gravity Death Knight, Only it is fully customized.
Death Knight used skills sword, shield, magic and Explosion (Falcon), with a grim theme.

signed int is initialize as -2^31 ~ 2^31-1
so it can save 31 bits
so let's say I want to save player's base level, job level, and job ID in 1 single variable
assume that max base level is 255, max job level is 120, max job ID is Job_Rebellion(4215)
make baselevel use 8 bits = 2^8 (256)
make joblevel use 7 bits = 2^7 (128)
make job ID use 13 bits = 2^13 (8192)
total used = 28 bits, still has some space
and the script looks like this
