Robrowser isn't active at this moment of time... Hashield is not compatible. Edit robrowser if you want to make hashield compatible(don't ask how, we don't own source of hashield).

Tbh, no one would do that, unless one is considering for whole new game...Since if he just makes client, he's still been going into illegal issues, for using gravity files and other issues... So that would keep them away... Also, client is big enough and its not a job of one man.

Possible if you code your own client, which nobody has done yet...You could try use robrowser and modify it accordingly though... There's no other open source client available..

Possibly you saw at deviantart. And there's been topic about this almost a year ago or so.. And the conclusion was this was fan made pic and not really improved client or ui or whatsoever...

Yes they cannot, because rebellion wasn't implemented at that time.. Probably you need mid-2013 or higher clients.. -

That really , that you will be out of weight...... You can modify it via source to allow all items to behave like you told. Or modify item_db and reduce the weight of the item. But I have no idea why you want items to exceed the weight limit. -
