you show on screenshot what you run updater. this mean you using latest data and grf. also you show you run updated for main client and not run for sakray client. this mean some files updated to latest and some still old. issue probably because this.

possible issue can be because you updated client to latest version but using outdated exe. normally data/grf should be same version with your exe.

@HoraK-FDF sorry but this kind of old plugin issue. this plugin not supported by hercules, and plugin dev was kicked away from tmw project. now this plugin is abandonware. it will not get any updates or fixes. Tmw using outdated hercules version. Also tmw using unsupported ManaPlus version. ManaPlus normally unrelated to hercules too, but unsupported ManaPlus fork is more issue. Also tmwa is not eathena. tmwa is heavy reworked one of first eathena alpha versions. This mean for reproduce issue, use actual hercules version and gravity client.

you should use correct external settings file if you used translation project, in wiki should be manual how and what files to use.
