never use command freeloop it allow infinite or very long loops and this can be slow also if you using some plugins, code can be not optimal and slow.

yes. you using last grf and data and outdated client exe try search on forums full 2018 client, then put your exe into it and your configs or custom changes.

this issue look like because one of skill related lua file is outdated or too new for your client.

at first you should compile server and plugins next open dir where server compiled and run ./map-server --generate-translations
