if it's an effect or aura i think we're not gonna see it if you type /aura or /effect. I think it's still a sprite and act file. They just hid it somewhere.

No idea about trans, but when I manually increase my level for 3rd job up to 175 the yellow aura is cool.

The problem was the Lv 99 aura of transendants. The client automaticaly closes when you use /aura. Cant tell the problem because i have update kRO and all of a sudden this happends. You should try this for your self

could it be that you are using "Use Custom Aura" diff ? if yes remove it its bugy
