@@Frost have you try patching 2010 client? i have noticed some of the patches are broken it won't patch. i guess it doesn't support the client e.g Login Restore Window, Always Call SelectKoreaClientInfo(). i was not successful patching using NEMO. when i try ingame there's a lot of crashes. when i use the K3dtDiffpatcher_beta works fine for me.

Yes as long as the Hercules provided the until that date 2009,2010,2013 then go for it. but in my opinion i would go for 2010 majority of people go for it.
