    try it with a clean (unmodified) src file (at least the files on char folder) and see if it still happens, if yes then report at our bugtracker, otherwise the blame is on your modifications

    if you are using hercules with a rAthena database, you need to execute the rAthena-main-upgrade.sql have you done it?

    battle.c change the 10 into 0: { "min_skill_delay_limit", &battle_config.min_skill_delay_limit, 100, 10, INT_MAX, }, and recompile! (at your own risk!)
